Weather and sea conditions
Boat trips and water activities depend on sea state, tide, visibility and crew safety decisions. The operator may delay, change, shorten or cancel a trip when conditions are unsuitable. Ask the operator what rescheduling or refund arrangement applies to your specific booking before paying.
Changes and cancellations
The website does not currently process online payments or automatically issue refunds. Contact the operator as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. Confirm any applicable cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms in writing before confirming a booking.
Activity eligibility and safety
Ask about age limits, swimming requirements, equipment, supervision, medical restrictions and any activity-specific conditions. Follow the crew’s instructions. Do not assume every activity is available on every trip.
